They have helped protect homeowners from the costs of unexpected repairs to their home systems, lines, and appliances for over 30 years. They service over 1 million repair and maintenance plans in 16 states. They help homeowners avoid the hassle of finding a repair professional when an essential home system or appliance breaks down.
As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll assess process chains to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. By analyzing data and workflows, you’ll help streamline operations and drive measurable process enhancements, contributing to overall business efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of data analysis or reporting experience
- Has the ability to work independently and autonomously
- Experience with tools like SQL, Looker, and Excel
- GED / Highschool diploma required, college degree preferred
- Must be able to commute to Naperville, IL
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and evaluate process chains to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support process improvement initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.
- Assist in creating documentation for processes, methodologies, and findings.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
