Proposal Coordinator

We are partnered with a rapidly-growing home services company that provides outsourced customer service to the nation's leading utility companies! They have helped protect homeowners from the costs of unexpected repairs to their home systems, lines, and appliances for over 30 years. They service over 1 million repair and maintenance plans in 16 states. They help homeowners avoid the hassle of finding a repair professional when an essential home system or appliance breaks down.

The Proposal Coordinator offers the ability to work with a professional staff and provides ample room for career advancement. You will have the opportunity to support vendors and review service proposals as they are submitted. A strong candidate will have strong attention to detail and be excited to grow their service skillset.

Requirements

• 3 years of trades experience HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical experience
• 1 year of prior proposal or job-costing experience
• Strong review and attention to detail experience
• Must have willingness to gain knowledge of warranty products
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Willing and able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen
• Must be able to commute to Naperville, IL
  
  

Responsibilities

• Handling the proposal review process
• Performing data entry, verifying proposal information, and reviewing vendor information
• Supporting vendors and providers throughout the service process as needed
• Verify claims and estimates for existing warranty claims following corrections
