What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restoration Technician position at Emergency Restoration & Cleaning?
Restoration Lead Technician
1. Respond to water, fire, mold, and bio-hazard projects including after-hours rotation and overtime when required. Complete scope of work, contact assigned adjuster for approvals and maintain IICRC standards during project duration.
2. Inventory and ensure assigned vehicle has required equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project including new emergency assignments.
3. Complete monitoring of equipment and moisture content using MICA drying software.
4. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
5. Leave Jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance. Place note in PSA of work performed.
6. Call Production Manager prior to leaving project to update with time required for completing tasks on following day and confirm appointment time.
7. Ensure clear daily two-way communication with the Production Manager. Especially any customer concerns!
Restoration Lead Technician Skills:
· Knowledge of IICRC standards
· Ability to scope mitigation projects assigned by Insurance
· Ability to use industry software and receive standard approvals
· Personal time management
· Daily communication to ensure customer satisfaction and program compliance
Required:
*Must have valid and clean driving history for a minimum of 3 years
*Rotation of weekly on-call
*Ability to life 75 pounds
*Must be able to pass drug and background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
