Requirements :
- Data Entry : Accurately input, maintain, and update records related to job intake, leads, and commissions.
- New Job and Lead Intake : Serve as the first point of contact for incoming projects and leads, ensuring all necessary information is captured and processed efficiently.
- Commission Preparation and Audits : Prepare, audit, and review commission reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative Support : Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence to support the sales and operations teams.
- Team Collaboration : Coordinate with sales representatives, project managers, and other departments to ensure seamless workflows.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
