PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reports to: National Account Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Administration & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate internal sales meetings, presentations, and client appointments.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical sales records using SharePoint and other internal systems.
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members on processes and tools.
- Support preparation and distribution of sales reports, forecasts, and team dashboards.
- Document Management & Proposal Development
- Develop and maintain consistent templates for proposals, presentations, and quote packages tailored to different audiences (owners, contractors, engineers).
- Coordinate the formatting, assembly, and delivery of customized sales packages.
- Organize and optimize SharePoint libraries to ensure fast access to technical data, project decks, and reference materials.
Customer & Sales Team Communication
- Point of contact for incoming sales-related inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional service.
- Monitor and manage the company’s primary “info@” email inbox—responding/rerouting emails.
- Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints and escalating when necessary.
Sales Tools, CRM & Forecasting Support
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM; track opportunities, customer follow-ups, and next steps.
- Prepare CRM dashboards and key performance summaries for sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
- Assist with quote and order generation/ tracking, proposal tracking, and follow-through on client communications.
Sales Enablement & Team Support
- Support execution of sales campaigns and initiatives in coordination with marketing.
- Help plan, organize, and coordinate trade show logistics, customer visits, or partner events.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline the sales cycle and team efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2 years in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role—ideally in a manufacturing, construction, or B2B sales environment.
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
