Emergency Veterinary Care Center Highland is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for full-time, day shift position. The schedule will include every weekend. Our ideal candidate would have 1 years experience in veterinary medicine or previous customer service experience. Our Customer Service Representatives are an integral part of daily operations. They are responsible for helping clients and ready for whatever comes through our doors next.
Customer Service Representatives duties include but are not limited to:
- Checking in and outpatients
- Answering the phones
- Keeping the lobby tidy
- Triage
As a Customer Service Representative, you can get on-the-job training between tasks to help grow your skills in veterinary medicine. Our staff enjoys teaching those who are eager to learn.
