Job Title: Customer Services Representative – Repair Department
Organization: Sensit Technologies LLC
Position Summary:
Sensit Technologies is seeking a new Customer Service Representative for their Repair department. With a strong attention to detail and organization, this role will facilitate a variety of prepping, paperwork, emails, and customer interaction to ensure high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail, ability to think outside the box, problem solving, critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and passion will help you excel in this role.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Have a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
· Process Incoming Repairs
· Open boxes from UPS, enter customer information into system for repair technician
· Estimate repairs to customer via email/phone calls
· Convert RMA to sales order
· Pull Units for Shipment
· Responsible for answering calls/emails from customer’s & ensure accurate and timely responses
· Phone and email with customers and co-workers
· Process loaner, demo, and rental request
· Assist customers at Service counter
· May include others functions within the department not listed above
Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Customer Service experience
Skills and Knowledge:
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, and word) and Internet.
· Demonstrates effective communication skills
· Good organizational skills
· Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrates team player
· Bi-lingual (not required)
· Customer Focus: Able to demonstrate a high level of customer service; do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; and prioritize customer needs.
· Attention to detail: Follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data.
· Communication: Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; talk with customers; listen well.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
· Working and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
· Able to sit for extended periods
· Able to work with a diverse range of people
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Schedule:
· Mon – Fri (7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)
· 40 hours workweek
· 8-hour shift
