Managing Consultant
As a Managing Consultant, you will assist clients and stakeholders in defining needs and / or problems. You will conduct analysis of current operational policies, procedures, and processes, and then lead in designing, developing, and installing high-quality processes for the client organization.
General Responsibilities :
- Work closely with senior executives and key stakeholders in federal agencies.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with high-level government stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing innovative, high-level strategies to solve financial, business, human resources, and operational challenges within defense agencies.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables, while driving strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute consulting projects, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
