Mactac is looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Manager with strong channel and marketing experience to help drive accelerated growth for our Graphics Business. This role will own and execute the core go to market growth strategies with strong cross-functional collaboration with Leadership, Innovation, Product and Marketing, Sales, Operation and Service co-workers. This role will also own and execute our growth strategies with specifically identified National and Strategic accounts by developing effective incentive agreements, facilitating joint business reviews, and coordinating program execution with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build clear market map and value chain
- Identify specific target areas where Mactac has best chance to win
- Create and cultivate Mactac unique value proposition
- Define, refresh, and execute effective product portfolio
- Define, refresh, and execute winning Channel strategy
- Define and execute winning marketing tools supporting strategy
- Build and own strategic relationships (Installers, OEM, Vendors, PSP, Trade)
- Lead and / or support core cross functional projects
- Develop and execute growth plans for assigned National and Strategic accounts
- Effectively coordinate execution with Sales and Customer Service Teams
Scope
Selection Criteria
Minimum bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or Relevant field preferred.
Industry experience preferred.
Auto aftermarket, printing, graphics, pressure sensitive.
