Duties
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and streamline the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent management.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Engage in internal recruiting efforts to promote from within the organization.
- Provide training development for team members involved in the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and sales roles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting and account management.
- Some travel required.
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
