Stamping Maintenance Technician

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production metal stamping equipment.
• Responsible for equipment in their assigned areas and other areas as directed
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Must support equipment emergency downtime situations
• Troubleshoot PLC’s
• Develop and implement countermeasures for safety, quality and equipment malfunctions
• Must inform all necessary personnel of extended downtime situations as needed
• Communicate with technicians from other shifts to coordinate larger repairs
• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean (TPS and 5S)
• Assist in production as necessary
• Work flexible hours, overtime, holidays, shutdowns and/or weekends as needed
• Comply with safety, quality, attendance and other policies
• Perform all other tasks requested by management as part of our amazing team efforts creating “customers for life!”

Additional Job Responsibilities:

• Program PLC’s (AB, Mitsubishi)
• Maintain spare parts cage to assure routine replacement parts are always available
• Solder, Weld, Drill & Tap holes in various metals as required for new and existing stations
• Complete TPM assignments/requirements in a timely manner

Job Qualifications:

Job Summary:

• Support and maintain all production equipment to maximize press utilization efficiency.

Pay Scale:

• Pay range is $24.03 – $32.33/hr. based on experience

Shift we are hiring for:

· 2nd 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

· 3rd 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.90 - $32.98 per hour

Experience:

• Stamping Press Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
