Job Title : Senior Level Health Care Project / Program Manager Location : Philadelphia, PA( NJ area candidate also works if they are ready to commute to work) – 3 days office every week Duration : 12 Months Experience : 12 years Data Migration experience is mandatory for the right candidate. 4 Positions : Strong PM and Scrum Master with healthcare knowledge) Data governance (Strong PM with healthcare and DW knowledge) Strong PM with healthcare and front-end applications knowledge Strong PM with healthcare and DW knowledge Below responsibilities are generic and the technical skills varies for the 4 positions mentioned above Key Responsibilities : Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Execution : Lead the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT teams, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and success. Monitoring and Reporting : Track project progress, identify any issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Quality Assurance : Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with healthcare regulations and policies. Team Leadership : Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and supporting team members in achieving project goals. Change Management : Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or processes. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the PMO. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus. Experience : Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry. Technical Skills : Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and standards. Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant compliance requirements. Project Management Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is required. Additional certifications related to healthcare or IT are advantageous. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and engage with diverse audiences. Leadership : Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving project success.
