Skillset Required: Microsoft Dynamics and Customer Insights with CDP Flavor
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with CLIENT's Architect on defining architecture & executing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with CLIENT s architect & various stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor CDP solutions.
Coordinate with CLIENT s architect and configure data ingestion as per the integration strategy defined for onboarding source systems..
Work with CLIENT Architect to gather requirements & translate business requirements into technical specs.
Coordinate with CLIENT s architect to formulate Data Unification and Reconciliation Strategy and document it in the technical design.
Closely work with CLIENT s architect on the design strategies and ensure data practices comply with data privacy laws and industry standards.
Understand CLIENT data sets, review use cases with CLIENT s architect and define segments to be activated through channels.
Work with CLIENT s architect to define customer journey map
Work with CLIENT s architect to define deployment plan
Work with CLIENT s architect to define initial data load, unification and reconciliation strategy
