Technical Architect - CDP, Microsoft Dynamics and MDM implementations

Note: Only locals in Newton, MA (3 days in week required*)

Experience: 10 years

Responsibilities –

• Build the overarching strategy and high-level plan for CDP implementation, ingestion from data sources, customer profile synthetization into traits and audiences, journey orchestration and integration with downstream systems.
• Should be able to design and build integration with external systems/data sources leveraging the CDP integration features.
• Hands on experience in CID Implementation
• Should be able to work with Functional SME to define roadmap for Customer Data Platform project.
• Should be able to work with IT stakeholders to understand Data Sources, Data Quality and Data Source Mapping.

Desired skills –

• At least 1-2 end-to-end implementations of CDP project
• Hands on experience in CID (Customer insights data)
• Hands on Experience in Microsoft Dynamics
• Hands on experience on MDM implementations
• Must have hands-on experience implementing MS Customer Insights - Data - Journeys
• Overall 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years of crafting customer-centric datasets (i.e. CRM, Call Center, Marketing, MDM, CDP, Offline, Point of Sale, etc.)
• Should have strong understanding of customer profile segmentation and experience in 360-degree view of customers in CDP for further analytical processing and decision making
• Strong understanding of ETL, Data quality / Cleansing and Identity resolution
• Strong and hands-on knowledge of SQL, Data modeling, and Data warehouse
• Knowledge of digital marketing, digital analytics, customer360, MarTech space is a big plus
