ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review medical records and place accounts into the appropriate work queue
- Request demographic and insurance information via phone, fax or portal
- Maintain attendance as required
- Other job-related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Recent formal training in Medical Billing a plus
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Detail oriented
- Computer literacy; Type minimum 35 WPM
- Motivated team player
