Sales Senior Account Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a dynamic, driven and innovative Sales Account Manager to help build their in-market retail business. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Account Manager plays a vital role in driving sales growth and customer relationships across our portfolio of brands. This position manages key retailer partnerships across Mass Market, Drug, Grocery, and DIY channels, gaining points of distribution, ensuring effective sales execution and customer satisfaction. Our client is a fast scaling company with a fast paced, pressure driven environment. This individual will be helping with existing retailers, Walmart, CVS, Kroger, Dollar General, while also bringing on new retail partners across mass channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management & Business Development
- Drive sales growth and customer relationships within assigned accounts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless new customer onboarding and maintenance
- Analyze prospective customers' needs and develop strategic recommendations
- Execute customer presentations, manage sampling requests, and lead customer meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
