Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Overseeing our Shopify-based online platform to optimize its performance and user experience
- Strategically integrating digital marketing and ecommerce approaches to enhance customer acquisition and engagement
- Delving into site analytics, meticulously assessing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall online customer journey
- Collaborating effectively with corporate teams and managing external agencies to align strategies and objectives
- Utilizing your merchandising acumen to curate compelling online product displays that resonate with our target audience
- A resolute focus on achieving exceptional ROI
- A genuine marketer at heart, with a profound comprehension of diverse target demographics and effective methodologies for securing new customers
- Proficiency in managing multiple digital marketing platforms within predetermined budgets
- Agility and dexterity in swiftly responding to evolving market dynamics and demands
- Understanding of the pivotal role played by an omnichannel strategy
- Crafting and implementing digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies, with a particular focus on email campaigns and paid advertisements
- Manage relationship with freelance web developer and create roadmap to implement enhancements on the site
- Collaborating closely with the President & Creative Director to seamlessly translate product narratives and brand stories across the entirety of our digital landscape
- Exercising astute oversight over PPC/SEM/SEO strategies across our diversified brand portfolio
- New customer acquisition efforts across a spectrum of paid marketing platforms
- Curating monthly performance evaluations that gauge the effectiveness of our digital marketing initiatives
- 4-5 years of experience in the digital marketing/ecomm within the realm of luxury apparel brands
- Proven experience in managing digital media and website development partners and agencies
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate trends, results & strategy based on data analysis and present appropriate adjustments to marketing plans accordingly
