We are an eCommerce brand agency and are seeking an Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting our internal team and our vendor clients by providing account and marketing support, while resolving any ad-hoc customer service issues. All of the tasks will be centered around Amazon.com and other main consumer eCommerce sites. Responsibilities:
- Handle vendor client inquiries and needs in a timely, professional, and thorough manner
- Solve shipping, customer product, compliance, warehouse and other account issues quickly and accurately with long term follow through to ensure complete resolution
- Completely manage and execute the new item setup process, including compiling data, product content, imagery and pricing
- Assist internal teams with sales analytics and operational tactics for all eCommerce website platforms.
- Create search-optimized product content, utilizing SEO
- Monitor online marketing activity, coordinate client strategy with account managers, help build advertising campaigns on Amazon.com and optimize keyword performance
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of the evolving products and services, as related to all specific Ecommerce websites
- Submit disputes for all invalid compliance chargebacks and attend Amazon webinars to stay informed on current and future infraction types
Qualifications:
- Ability to be continuously multi-tasking, self-motivated, an independent worker with a team-oriented mindset, organized, detail oriented with all tasks, and focused on long-term follow through
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, and/or other relevant fields of study
- Previous experience in an Ecommerce sales support role or internship in an Ecommerce capacity preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment, which often can have short deadlines, yet be critically important to the overall company performance
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and clearly express sales features & benefits of multiple consumer goods product categories
- Confidence to effectively communicate (verbally and in written format) with fact-based conviction with key decision makers at various Fortune 500 companies
- Natural curiosity, creative problem-solving abilities and a desire to seek out knowledge and continuously learn new skills
- Drive to grow and improve as an individual and add value to the overall team
Position Details:
- Full-time, salary-based role preferably based in Dallas, TX
