Emerging Concepts, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, is seeking a part time Office and Finance Manager to join our team. We work with best-in-class restaurant and entertainment concepts on expansion across North America. We consult on growth strategies and broker flagship real estate deals on behalf of our clients.
Objectives of the Role :
The Office Manager should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Office Manager’s main tasks will include booking travel and events 3-4 times per year , preparing financial reports, handling invoicing, payroll, billing, tracking expenses, and basic QuickBooks and excel usage.
Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, finance manager, or relevant role. This role requires excellent computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Invoice payments / expense processing
- Perform administrative and office support functions / activities for multiple senior executives
- Plan accommodations, travel, and events for 3 to 4 conferences per year
- Process expense reports in a timely manner
- Process invoices and maintain tracking protocols
- HR duties including employment documents and payroll
- Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems; classify, sort, and file correspondence
- General office duties including stocking paper goods, snacks, office materials, etc.
