Based in Olive Branch, Mississippi you will play a key role in leading and optimizing day-to-day warehouse operations—including receiving, picking, shipping, inventory management, quality control, and safety. As a leader in our distribution center, you will oversee workflow, production output, and process efficiency, ensuring we meet and exceed both customer expectations and company goals.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead, mentor, and coach Production Supervisors to enhance their leadership skills, optimize team performance, and ensure operational goals are met. Provide regular feedback, training, and development opportunities to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Direct and assign work to meet daily production/shipping requirements through proper staff utilization for production output and flow of work.
- Maintain incoming finished goods and received transactions are put away into inventory in a timely and accurate manner and expedited trucks and items are processed as directed.
- Provide daily, monthly, and supplemental reports are completed, and productivity and quality reporting are published in a timely manner.
- Ensure that orders are picked and shipped in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner, open orders are researched and resolved, and expedited orders are processed within established time periods.
- Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives for the continuous process improvement activities.
- Ability to make appropriate, timely and critical decisions in high volume environment.
- Ensure all business equipment including forklifts, battery chargers and RF equipment is maintained in good working order. Coordinate necessary building repairs and maintenance.
- Manage the customer returns process and ensure timely turnaround of replacement orders and factory returns.
- Lead investigations into customer service complaints, identify root causes for errors, and drive permanent corrective action.
- Drive supplier quality improvement to enhance overall performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve production, productivity, and quality by preparing and completing action plans.
- Support and enforce safety protocols by ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
- Relevant years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, operations related environment commensurate with the level of this position.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze complex sets of data
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, strong with PowerPoint & Excel
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future. Sponsorship will not be provided.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- 4 years distribution center, warehouse, operations related environment
- Leadership experience - Managing teams and assigning tasks
- Experience in Oracle, LMS Labor Management System
- Experience using Kronos
- Experience maintaining an occupational safety program
- Experience managing maintenance of equipment
- Knowledgeable in running business function reports
- Proficient in using web-based data management systems
- High degree of business insight as it relates to vendors or other individuals outside the organization
