You will join an engineering team working on complex test systems that integrate both hardware and software components. This role requires a unique blend of mechanical competence, electrical knowledge, and software proficiency, with a strong emphasis on a continuous drive to learn and implement process improvements. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving test systems used for validating and verifying our products performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the products you test meet operational expectations.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Collaborating with organizational teams to understand product test requirements and own production engineering support that builds a strong baseline of process knowledge
- Providing day-to-day support and identify improvement opportunities for test systems that combine hardware and software used for production validation
- Conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting of test systems to identify and resolve issues through rigorous problem-solving techniques with an appropriate level of urgency
- Retrieving data from databases and perform comprehensive analysis to identify trends within test results to support issue resolution and/or continuous improvement opportunities
- Leading complex projects from idea to implementation, utilizing cross-functional team members to ensure all organizational deliverables are achieved
- Ensuring all test systems are operating within defined specifications and safety standards
- Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enable integration of enhanced testing capabilities

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- A minimum of two (2) years of related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- ABET accredited engineering degree is preferred
- Test Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical & Software)
- Proficiency in SQL syntax and querying tools
- Understanding of Six Sigma principles
- Knowledge of MCAD (Creo) and able to read schematics (Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic) and mechanical 2D drawings
- Ability to understand Electrical circuit designs, hardware components and their interactions.
- Knowledge of NFPA 79 and 70e, NEC codes and ANSI standards
