- Data Analytics: Collect, analyze and interpret supply chain data and support the creation of slide decks and presentations for senior management.
- Productive: Supervise the planning and budget cycles for the supply chain group. Ensure all supply chain activities follow company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Financial Competence: Apply financial competence to assess costs, optimize budgets, improve overall supply chain efficiency, enhance profitability, and reduce waste.
- Manages Ambiguity: Make informed decisions despite uncertainty in supply, demand, and market conditions. Adapt to changing priorities, resolve disruptions, and find solutions with limited data.
- Collaborates: Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain objectives with overall business goals.
- Optimizes Work Processes: Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes and improve operational performance. Implement processes to improve department efficiencies.
- Effective Communication: Clearly convey data-driven insights, challenges, and recommendations to collaborators, ensuring alignment across teams.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related subject
- Strong background with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
- Willing and able to travel up to 15% (possible international travel)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- 4 years of relevant experience
- MBA degree or equivalent experience

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $70,000-90,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
