What You’ll Do:
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring each patient receives outstanding care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on helping others, and embraces a holistic health approach. You’ll juggle both clinical and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Chiropractic Care:
- Guide patients through therapies like decompression and other prescribed treatments.
- Support the chiropractor with hands-on assistance during treatments.
- Ensure therapy equipment is set up and ready for patient use.
Patient Interaction:
- Welcome patients with a warm smile and assist them through check-in and check-out.
- Build relationships with patients to support their health and wellness journey.
Office Management:
- Keep the schedule running smoothly by managing patient appointments and reminders.
- Answer phone inquiries and ensure patients have all the information they need.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including treatment rooms and equipment.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience.
- Contribute to the smooth flow of daily operations and suggest improvements when needed.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Basic first aid or CPR certification (preferred).
Experience
- Prior experience in a chiropractic, healthcare, or wellness environment (preferred but not required).
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred).
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make patients feel welcome and comfortable.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and patient management.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting for extended periods during patient care.

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the office’s procedures and technologies.

Schedule & Availability:
- Typical workweek includes Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Availability to complete special projects or administrative tasks on Thursdays when the office is closed.
- No weekend or holiday work—ever.
- Expect 25-35 hours per week, depending on the office’s needs.
