Position Overview:
- Title: Chiropractic Assistant
- Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
- Location: Vital Connection Chiropractic
- Compensation: $18-22 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the welcoming face of our clinic, creating a warm and inviting environment for our high-end clientele.
- Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Assist with patient management and clinic flow, helping maintain a busy, efficient, and positive environment.
- Work closely with our healthcare professionals, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team dynamic.
- Manage patient appointments, prepare treatment areas, and assist in administrative tasks as needed (this is not a secretary position where you sit behind a computer all day).
Qualifications:
- A warm, welcoming disposition and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Sheets is a must.
