Our construction client in Flourtown, Pa. is looking for P Specialist to join their growing team. This is a Direct Hire, in office position with salary up to 65k and excellent benefits. Hours are 8 : 15am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Position Summary :
The Accounts Payable Specialist will provide timely and accurate payment processing working with sites, vendors and other departments as necessary
Responsibilities :
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy before payment
- Work with sites to reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- nalyze financial data to identify trends or issues that may require attention
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- File invoices and maintain vendor files
- Open, stamp and process mail
- Print checks and match with invoice
- Back-up Receptionist responsibilities
