Our call Center client in Blue Bell is looking to hire 6-8 customer service / call center professionals. The position is temp to hire, is in office, and pays $16-$17 to start.
Job Requirements :
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills : Patience, empathy, and a professional demeanor when assisting customers.
- Positive Attitude : A can-do approach to customer interactions.
- Passion for Helping Others : Enjoying the process of assisting customers.
- Call Center Experience : Inbound and outbound call experience is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency : Ability to navigate between CRM system, Outlook and phone effectively.
- Strong Communication & Problem-Solving : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve customer concerns quickly.
- Reliability : Attendance is crucial, and candidates must be able to adhere to assigned schedules.
- Reliable Transportation : Must have a dependable means of transportation to the workplace.
What We Offer :
Three different shifts available : NOTE - Weekend work available 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday (can be worked as overtime >
40 hours)
9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
12 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 PM
3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
This position requires a background check & references so we will have to conduct those once an offer is accepted.
