Job DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving digital initiatives that bridge marketing and operational goals. This role emphasizes website management, including leading migration efforts to consolidate legacy sites into new platforms, while implementing SEO standard processes to improve user experience, performance, and search engine visibility. Then don't hesitate, click the "Apply" Button!In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be : Coordinate and implement website migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition of content, functionality, and data to new platforms. Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, elevate search rankings, and strengthen the company's digital presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and external vendors, to align digital strategies with organizational goals. Analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to improve user engagement and site efficiency. Manage the ongoing optimization and maintenance of digital platforms, addressing updates, improvements, and technical requirements. Build and maintain a roadmap for the continuous improvement of digital assets post-migration. Oversee the integration and implementation of marketing technology platforms, such as CMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools. Plan, implement, and deliver digital marketing programs that align with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing standard processes. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reporting on website performance, SEO results, and digital marketing initiatives. Who You Are : You are required to maintain frequent interactions with a broad collaborator network. You are effective in a variety of communication settings; one on one, small and large groups or among diverse styles and position levels. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You settle differences in productive ways with minimum noise. For This Role, You Will Need : Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration 7 years digital marketing experience Strong project management skills Strong communication skills Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the United States now and in the future.
