In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Support Corrective Action / Preventive Action process to drive continuous improvement.
- Support Customer Quality Complaints (Warranty Claim) process to reduce internal processing time and achieve warranty approval metric, lead root cause identification and corrective action implementation for issues.
- Support first-article inspection process to ensure consistency from suppliers.
- Support supplier improvement communication activities.
- Support material verification and site quality testing activities.
- Lead internal process / quality audits.
- Lead supplier quality audits and assessments.
- Assure quality of all operations through conformance to internal / external requirements.
- Assist in making equipment and process decisions to support long-term business levels.
