In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support Corrective Action/Preventive Action process to drive continuous improvement.
- Support Customer Quality Complaints (Warranty Claim) process to reduce internal processing time and achieve warranty approval metric, lead root cause identification and corrective action implementation for issues.
- Support first-article inspection process to ensure consistency from suppliers.
- Support supplier improvement communication activities.
- Support material verification and site quality testing activities.
- Lead internal process/quality audits.
- Lead supplier quality audits and assessments.
- Assure quality of all operations through conformance to internal/external requirements.
- Assist in making equipment and process decisions to support long-term business levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or other technical field.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid digital literacy including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- A minimum of 2 years related experience in manufacturing or quality
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO 9000)
- Solid understanding of root cause analysis with the ability to mentor others.
- Strong interest in learning new processes.
- Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills required with ability to work as a team member.
- Aggressive self-starter with strong attention to detail.
