What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Broker Services position at Emerson Rogers Dallas/Fort Worth?
Accountable for development of our Acct Mgmt team. Includes performance management, training and hiring.
Promote Emerson Rogers culture and mission statement.
Collaborate with Emerson Rogers Market Leader and other members of management team. Ensure highest levels of service and efficiency.
Coordinate recruiting and staff development.
Serve as a point of escalation for service issues.
Help resolve day to day issues for brokers and our carrier partners.
Process new business cases as needed. Ensure cases processed by all team members are installed quickly and accurately.
Process policy amendments and other requests from brokers.
Participate with Sales Reps on opportunities and promotion of our value add.
Stay current with industry and product information, legislation & compliance, technology and trends.
