In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Lead the monthly Executive EHS Steering Committee meetings providing guidance and recommendations on critical initiatives.
- Provide safety and health expertise and leadership in the development and deployment of EHS practices including safety & health policies, tools standards and best practices
- Develop and execute site safety & health programs to ensure compliance with state, federal and corporate requirements
- Working cross functionally develop and implement initiatives to improve safety culture and overall operational integration of safety & health best practices.
- Participate in the Emerson Measurement Solutions Global Safety and Health Leadership Team
- Serve as a Critical Business Partner to departmental leaders to influence EHS focuses as key operation objectives
- Support in risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective action guidance
- Lead the site EHS Team providing leadership and direction along with development opportunities and foster professional growth for all team members

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $113,734-134,413 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
