What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Emery Oleochemicals LLC?
Responsibilities:
• Maintain executive’s calendar and manage communication
• Coordinate international travel arrangements
• Schedule and manage large and small meetings including catering
• Work with Finance, Strategy, Business departments to support reporting administration of operations, budgeting, and major projects functions globally
• Coordinate set up at trade shows as well as putting together presentations in PowerPoint
• Demonstrate integrity while working with extremely confidential information
• Work with little supervision and be motivated to get the job done
• Support other managers as directed
• Interact with all levels of personnel including those in other countries
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
• Flexibility is necessary in the event the executive is entertaining international business partners and clients during evenings and weekends
• 3-5 years of experience as an administrative/personal assistant
• Excellent computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, Visio, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Must have a team-oriented attitude
