As an Executive Assistant – Sales & Marketing, you will play a critical support role in executing marketing strategies and driving sales efforts. You will work directly with senior team members to help develop, implement, and track campaigns that boost brand visibility and generate leads. Your contributions will directly impact business growth, and this entry-level position offers significant exposure to both sales and marketing operations.

• Assist the sales team with prospecting and identifying leads through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
• Support sales outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate with senior executives to ensure a smooth lead conversion process.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and potential clients in CRM software.
• Help organize and attend meetings with potential clients to develop and foster relationships.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, focusing on driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Assist with the creation of engaging content for digital, social media, email, and advertising platforms.
• Conduct market research and gather insights to help refine marketing strategies.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies for optimization.

• Help build strong relationships with clients by maintaining consistent communication and responding to inquiries.
• Attend client meetings and assist in presenting marketing proposals and sales presentations.
• Support the development of client-facing materials, including presentations and reports.

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing key metrics, campaign performance, and sales activities.
• Support the team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales and marketing projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Entry-level experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
