We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to our employees at our Springdale, AR location. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, deploying new technology, and maintaining inventory.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Resolve IT support requests in a timely and effective manner
- Deploy new hardware and software to employees
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to IT support operations
- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to identify and address IT support needs and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on emerging IT technologies and trends in the construction industry
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong understanding of hardware and software support operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, or HDI Desktop Support Technician are a plus
