Job Description:
As an Accounts and Billing Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in billing and bookkeeping. Your primary responsibility will be to handle accounts receivable and payable, maintain financial records, and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with bookkeeping best practices.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Utilize CRMs such as Zoho and Salesforce to track client interactions and billing information.
- Use QuickBooks to manage all aspects of bookkeeping.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role.
- Proficiency with CRMs such as Zoho and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and knowledge of bookkeeping best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
