What You’ll Do:
Proactively identify and engage with small businesses, presenting T-Mobile’s industry-leading services and solutions.
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to assess business needs and recommend customized wireless plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, serving as their trusted T-Mobile consultant. Provide customer service and technical support to existing customers.
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
Stay up to date with T-Mobile’s latest offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless activation and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
Sales and customer service experience is preferred, not a requirement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for closing deals.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build rapport quickly with new customers and provide excellent customer service to existing T-Mobile users.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as this is a face-to-face sales role).
