Customer Service Representative
Location: Training on-site in our Murray, UT office (Hybrid work available after probationary period)
Hours: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST | Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and supportive experience for our members.
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls and respond to routine questions and concerns related to insurance benefits and claims.
- Information Management: Use internal systems to verify member details, including eligibility, authorizations, payments, and coordination of benefits.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve member concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of each interaction to ensure clarity and continuity of service.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in keyboarding and navigating computer systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Able to think critically and resolve issues independently.
- Bonus: Experience with medical and/or dental insurance is a plus.
