The Position
We are seeking a skilled Custom Millwork Project Coordinator to support our team in Cranston, RI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing projects for our custom millwork, metal, and refrigeration products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project changes, revisions, revised purchase orders and change order documents and make revisions in project tracking software (Microsoft Project).
- Document any changes or approvals that take place 'outside of actual signed off approval drawings' to the party responsible for making the change or approval.
- Conduct weekly reviews of the project plan with the team.
Requirements
- Knowledge or background with woodworking, including design, CAD, shop experience, project management strongly preferred.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficient basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a demanding, multi-task environment.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and vendors.
