The Job
We are seeking a skilled Operations Project Specialist to support our team in Cranston, RI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing projects for our custom millwork, metal, and refrigeration products.
Responsibilities
- Understand EMI's manufactured products and components and the intended and actual use of our products in the field.
- Use Microsoft Project to create a project plan identifying deadlines and responsible parties for all key elements required to properly execute the program successfully.
- SOURCE AND PRICE PROJECTS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Requirements
- Knowledge or background with woodworking, including design, CAD, shop experience, project management strongly preferred.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficient basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a demanding, multi-task environment.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and vendors.
