What You’ll Do:
- Own client relationships – You’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.
- Manage & grow a portfolio – Maintain landscape maintenance contracts while identifying and selling enhancements to improve client properties.
- Create proposals & close deals – Develop and present enhancement project proposals that align with client needs.
- Collaborate with our team – Work closely with Division Managers (who handle crews) and the General Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in winter operations – Support our snow & ice management services as needed, with opportunities for additional earnings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the green industry (landscaping, tree service, etc.).
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills – Ability to identify opportunities, present proposals, and close enhancement sales.
- Detail-oriented & accountable – We do what we say, every time, no excuses.
- Team player mentality – Willing to lend a hand when needed to support teammates and the company’s growth.
- Proactive problem solver – Ability to de-escalate situations and provide solutions before issues arise.\
- Comfortable with technology – Experience with CRM systems and landscape industry software is a plus.
