Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with daily living tasks
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being
- Document and report changes in clients' health and status to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times
- Develop strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and genuine compassion for clients and their needs
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
