- Document daily activities and any changes in client condition or behavior.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care tailored to individual needs.
Skills
- Strong ability to assist with daily living activities in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Experience in long-term care settings, including nursing homes or memory care facilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is beneficial.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation of clients as needed.
