- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
- Provide support in employee relations matters, addressing employee concerns, and identifying resolutions in collaboration with management
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention and workplace culture
- Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance within the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and other compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
