You will have a wide range of responsibilities related to recruitment, employee relations, compliance, administrative tasks, the execution of people strategies and change management plans aligned with overall business strategy – with a strong emphasis on performance management and talent acquisition. In this role, you will have regular interaction with senior leaders and key decision makers throughout Frames.    What We Want You to Accomplish: Partner with leadership to understand business priorities by attending daily KPI reviews, weekly meetings, 1v1s, etc. Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on employee relations practices necessary to maintain a positive employment relationship. Conducts investigations, as needed. Act as the liaison for unemployment, workers compensation, and the workers comp insurance carrier. Promote a positive workplace culture and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events. Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Maintain accurate HR records and employee files. Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making. Support employee training and development programs, recruiting and onboarding, and employee terminations. Maintain state and federal compliance relating to FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEOC standards. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. Assist with payroll, timesheets and verification. Manage all of the workers comp claims with LSC to include reporting injuries, managing return to work claims, investigating injuries Coordinate plants safety audits, risk assessments and evacuation/emergency preparedness. Work with Herff Jones Director of EH&S to ensure regulatory reporting and internal metrics are fulfilled.  Support plant leadership team in implementing programs and practices for EH &S compliance. Scheduling hearing tests, fire extinguisher inspections, obtaining SDS for chemicals. Ensure adequate personal protective equipment is available to the operation and support compliance and all the necessary PPE for the employees. Scheduling or conducting training for First Aid responders, Hazardous materials training, Lockout/Tagout training. Managing compliance with all environmental laws and regulations. Other HR-related tasks as assigned.   What You’ll Bring to the Table: Demonstrated understanding of core HR competencies – Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Organizational Development, Performance Management, Compliance, EHS & Risk Management, and Change Management. Superior problem-solving abilities and abilities to motivate/influence others. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. High level of initiative and attention to detail. Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities and workload requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient using HRIS Systems (Dayforce is a plus) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Eagerness to continually learn and advance in business acumen/HR development.   Education / Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. 3 years progressive HR management/generalist experience required. 1-2 years of safety/OSHA/EHS experience is preferred but willing to train. Active SHRM/HR certification preferred.
