Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Attend weekly photo shoots 
• Assist the styling team on and off set and maintain best practices
• Manage inventory pulls and return to/from our warehouse
• Maintain studio and styling closets organized 
• Prepare inventory ( clothing, shoes, and accessories ) for catalog shoots
• Organize clothing racks before passing them to the appropriate teams 
• Perform photoshoot breakdown following catalog shoots ( organize accessories, shoes, samples, etc. ) 
• Assist the studio with un/packing boxes to/from our warehouse 
• Prepare merchandise to be shot, including steaming clothing and taping shoes 
• Prepare and assist in frequent inventory audits for e-commerce studios 

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Ability to work in the intensity of a high production studio and capable of upholding the highest quality standards while remaining pleasant and professional at all times 
• Ability and desire to work with a team as well as independently

• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure 
• Self-starter with outstanding verbal and written communication
• Team player who is bale to take direction 
• Quick learner and strong problem-solving skills 
• Desire to improve everything they touch, to learn and to grow 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Available to work on-site at least 2 days/week 
• Pursuing a degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing or related field 
• Interest in fashion and current trends 
• Able to drive and access to safe and reliable transportation 
• Proficient in Gmail and Google Drive 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Physically able to lift over 25 lbs
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of photo shoots and studio environment 
• Experience in retail or working in e-commerce

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $17 to $17.30.
