Job Overview
The Commercial Landscape Client Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial landscaping clients. This role ensures that clients receive top-tier service, their expectations are met, and long-term partnerships are fostered. The ideal candidate will have a background in landscaping, account management, or customer service, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial landscaping clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to ensure client needs are being met.
Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure services are delivered as promised.
- Monitor job sites to uphold quality standards and proactively address any concerns.
- Resolve service issues quickly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
Account Management & Retention
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional landscaping services.
- Manage contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and client negotiations.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with sales, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback to teams on client expectations, concerns, and service improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service issues, and resolutions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and analyze client feedback and service performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and service trends.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in commercial landscaping, client management, or account management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and seasonal services is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
