Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Facilitate communication between students and educators, ensuring understanding of lessons.
- Provide direct support to students with disabilities, helping them engage in classroom activities.
- Monitor student behavior and assist with behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with staff to develop and adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $21.80 per hour
