Hiring for all shifts - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Pay $17-19/HR

POSITION DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for producing product to documented quality specifications. Maintains area activities, reviews production packets, quality of finished product and estimates hours required for completion of individual job assignments. Works according to schedules and control documents. Expedites workflow and adjusts routine to meet production schedules and priorities established.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assures Quality Level and Productivity Performance Standards are met.

- Assures that all manufacturing areas are operated according to the requirements stated in Peace's Quality Management System (QMS), Health and Safety and Environment Management System (EMS) to ensure compliance.

-Assures the maintenance of required data and that reports are completed on a regular basis in regards to the production.

-Capable of reading each order carefully and understanding specific work instructions and will receive certified training by appropriate trainers.

-Calculate number of boxes and packaging required before production can run.

-Be able to close out orders in accordance with work instructions.

- Relieves, fills in for breaks and lunches if needed to maintain coverage on active lines when necessary.

-Assured that all Health and Safety requirements are observed and that areas are maintained in a neat and orderly condition.

-Will be familiar with raw materials and know different materials by name.

-Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

-Must be available to work a flexible schedule including some holidays and weekends if necessary.

-Completes other various duties as assigned or required by management.
