What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Aide CNA position at Emmanuel Hospice?
As a Hospice Aide (CNA) at Emmanuel Hospice, you will experience a rewarding work life while contributing to our team in a full time or part time hourly position.
Responsibilities :
- Working a full time schedule of Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm, with a rotation of weekends and holidays OR a part time schedule of Monday-Friday 5-9pm with a rotation of weekends and holidays
- Providing daily cares and comfort to the dying and their loved ones in homes and facilities within a 50-mile radius around Grand Rapids, MI.
- Providing personal hands-on care and activities of daily living under the direction of a professional nurse.
- Working with a dynamic CNA team to ensure patient care is delivered consistently and excellently.
