Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help execute and support a range of marketing activities, from digital marketing to event planning, aimed at promoting our legal services, enhancing our brand visibility, and building client relationships. You’ll work closely with attorneys and other firm leaders to help us meet business development goals and maintain our reputation and proven legacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials including newsletters, blog posts, client alerts, press releases, and website content.
• Social Media Strategy: Manage the firm’s social media presence across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
• Event Coordination: Responsible for the planning and execution of client events, webinars, seminars, and other related events to promote the firm and its practice areas.
• Brand Management: Assist in maintaining the firm’s brand identity and ensuring consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for the firm’s growth.
• SEO & Digital Marketing: Assist in optimizing the firm’s website for search engines, managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and supporting digital marketing efforts.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update client databases and assist with client outreach strategies to foster stronger relationships and client retention.
• Internal Communication Support: Collaborate with attorneys and other departments to create internal communication materials that align with the firm’s goals and strategies.
• Reporting & Analytics: Serve as main point of contact for our marketing agency as they track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using data and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in legal marketing, professional services marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of legal industry trends and practices is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly in managing client relationships and marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce software platform is a plus.
• Expert level knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is required.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, with occasional evening or weekend hours for event support.
• Office environment, with flexibility for occasional remote work based on business needs.
• Occasional set up/breakdown and attendance at off-site promotional events.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
